Sega has shipped Skies of Arcadia Legends for the Nintendo GameCube across North America. The game will be available in stores tomorrow and carries a suggested retail price of $49.99 USD.

In Skies of Arcadia Legends, players take the role of Vyse, a member of a pirate group called the Blue Rogues, as he travels from one floating island to the next in an array of airships, pursuing an evil bent on world domination. Battles are turn-based and take place either on foot or on huge airships, wherein epic battles against other airships or gigantic beasts ensue.

Originally released on Sega's Dreamcast, Skies of Arcadia Legends for the GameCube includes a myriad of additions, including new side quests and characters. Check out RPGamer's extensive game coverage for more information on the title.
