Interplay announced today that last year's surprise PS2 hit Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance will be coming to the Xbox later in the year. This confirms an earlier story that hinted at an appearance on either the Xbox or the GameCube.

BG: DA is generally considered to be one of the better RPGs on the PS2, and it recently took Best RPG honors at the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences Awards.
