Monolithsoft's Xenosaga is barely a month away from its release in Japan, and new mini-game details have arisen. the game in question will be called A.G.W.S. Battling. Players will be able to choose their A.G.W.S. and battle against opponents in a fighting game style similar to Xenogears'. RPGamers will be excited to know they will be able to battle it out with their friends in a split screen mode, as well.

Xenosaga will be released in Japan on the 28th of February and will come in either regular or limited edition casing. Localization for the game has been confirmed for North American audiences and will likely be released domestically later this year.
