After taking Popolocrois Story III off its indefinite delay several months ago and moving the release date to March, Sony has now announced the title will be delayed a few months longer. The game will instead hit the shelves in Japan on June 20th, 2002- more than a year and a half after its announcement.

Popolocrois III follows the story of a young boy trying to follow in the footsteps of his heroic father, and features cel-shaded animation. There has been no word on whether the game will reach North America, but given the fact that none of the previous entries in the series are here, its chances aren't great.
