Pokemon Stadium 3 Coming

As hinted at earlier, Shigeru Miyamoto has stated that Nintendo is indeed working on the third installment of Pokémon Stadium for the Nintendo 64. Pokémon Stadium is a popular series that lets you use your Game Boy Pokémon pak so that your creatures can battle with your friends' creatures and play various mini-games in full 3D. Iit is also not surprising to hear that the newest game will be completely compatible with the recently released Pokémon Silver and Gold.

Speculation would assume that they try to release this game in Japan before Summer, as that is when the new Game Boy Advance is said to be launching, and will most likely have a Pokémon launch title of some kind. However, we don't know that for sure. As for a U.S. release, it would be pretty stupid for them not to release it here, but it would probably not come out til either right before Christmas or they might wait til 2001, since Pokémon Silver and Gold will not be released here til this fall. Keep an eye out for more details, especially since Pokémon Stadium will be released here on March 6th, and American fans are just going to want more.
