My it's been a busy week. As many of you know this past week saw the close of a great 2 year run by my predecessor Matthew Foster. In addition to Matt, Sound Test also bids farewell to Carlisle as he moves on from his Soundtrack Reviewing fame. I wish you both the best of luck. Nevertheless, I, Matthew 'barieuph' Russo, will stick around to keep your souls immersed in the wonder that is game music. Anyway that's enough of that corny stuff, now to the exciting stuff.

As you can see, Sound Test has had an overhaul. I've struggled to make this place a little more user friendly and it should have more information and more music at your fingertips each week. When we finally get a new remix I'll explain how that works, but this week we have a lovely soundtrack review from RPGamer's editor-at-large Michael 'Macstorm' Cunningham. The soundtrack in question is Final Fantasy XII, and he has some interesting things to say. Check it out.
