0.0 - INTRODUCTION:

	Welcome to my Strategy Guide on how to defeat the four orbs:  Marlute, Harlute, Metatron,
	and Sundel as well as Deus and Urobolus!  This was originally to help one of my friends
	who was having problems fighting the four orbs, Deus, and Urobolus.  But it looked
	successful enough to become it's own Strategy Guide!  ^^  I do hope that this Strategy
	Guide will help your party become successful in fighting these final bosses!  One thing
	though that I do have to point out!  This Strategy Guide is only typed for those who
	made Fei, Citan, and Bart their ultimate party as my friend and I did.  To those who
	ultimate party might differ than ours such as Fei, Billy, and Emeralda -- this Strategy
	Guide will help you somewhat, but you might have to ignore 3.0 - BATTLING PARTIES AND
	EQUIPMENTS's contents on which members to use against which bosses.  For example, I
	stated that I use Xenogears, Fenrir, and Andvari for fighting against Deus; and I use
	Renmazuo, Steir, and Crescens against Metatron -- You could replace Fenrir and Andvari
	against Metatron, while Renmazuo and Crescens battle against Deus.  Simple as that.  Let

		It is recommended that your characters should at least be Level 75+.]

		MISC. INFORMATIONS	Deus can be really hard if you did not destory her
					supporting orbs.  If those Gears which takes place of her
					hands flew off, be prepared that every attack you do to
					her will retaliate by those Gears counterattacking you

					Other than that, make sure that your HP doesn't drop
					below 7000.  If it does, just do a Fix Frame on
					Xenogears [you will only need to do this once, Urobolus
					is an easy opponent for the final boss]

6.0 - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

	[Got a question that hasn't been answered in my Guide?  Well, here are some questions
	 and answers that I can think of at this moment that you might ask me!  If a question
	 that you want to ask me is not posted here, why not attempt to e-mail me at

	 the answer, but it will be posted here as well for others to read!  ^^ ]

	6.1  - 	Q:	What if I don't have a weapon or accessory listed in your
			3.0 - BATTLING PARTIES AND EQUIPMENTS?
		A:	Well, all I can say is to try to find where this specific weapon or
			accessory is if you're really desperate on winning.  I believe it's
			possible to win with a low-leveled weapon as well, but you must have
			good strategy!  I'm unsure where I got EVERY item, but here is a quick
			list of what item I do know where I have gotten them from.:

	6.2  -	Q:	Why did you put up Elly's statistics on your character list even though
			she is Deus [or whatever] and completely gone from your party?
		A:	I put up Elly because she is one of the characters THOUGH she was
			completely absent from the party around Disc 2.  I guess, I posted her
			information so I can look "complete"!  ^^

	6.3  - 	Q:	It says that we need GNSR50s and Z Chargers.  Don't tell me I must
			fight in order to buy SEVEN GNSR50s and Z Chargers!  I don't have
			the time for this!
		A:	Whoa!  Wait a minute there, I didn't say that you need to fight for a
			long time to get seven GNSR50s and Z Chargers.  What I did was I fought
			long enough to buy THREE GNSR50s and TWO Z Chargers.  I found one of the
			Z Chargers in the subway near the event in which Emeralda turns into an
			adult at the Lighthouse.  Where I go to get the money for them was around
			the tunnels at Deus' and I also equipped two HerculesRings [that's how
			much I had!] on two of my characters so I can gain levels as well as
			money!  ^^  If possible that your characters haven't learned their
			DeathBlows yet, do equip them with WizardyRings so they can learn their
			DeathBlows quickly.  I know it's a long process, but the outcome is
			very rewarding!  ^^

	6.4  -  Q:	What was you most proud of doing in Xenogears?  What were you least
			proud of?
		A:	Well, I was most proud of was fighting Amphysvena and Opiomorph, and
			winning with the weirdest characters:  Weltall-2, Seibzehn, and
			Chu-Chu.  I mean, my usual party of Weltall-2, Fenrir, and Andvari
			couldn't even kill them off!  I was least proud of was going to Aveh and
			party till I got _fat_ literally . . .!  I enter Aveh after Shakhan's
			defeat, so I was talking to the townspeople about their reactions and
			stuff . . .  Much to my dismay -- I was tempted to eat certain foods.
			Well, I nearly cried when I saw that Citan weigh 198.0 lbs.  Why I
			cried even though Fei weigh 189.2 lbs. since I was experimenting with
			foods?  Well, that is because I'm in love with Citan to be quite frank.
			Now, don't start with that "He's not real" or of the like.  Men can
			dream about Elly, Miang, Yui, or whoever they happen to like in
			Xenogears -- Why can't I with Citan?  I don't like Citan weighing
			198.0 lbs. because I do not like heavy men.  ^^  My opinion, don't
			flame me!  Hell, I'm not the only person out there who happens to like
			someone that is a 2D character!  Don't worry, there are real people
			that I do like as well!  ^^  One of them I personally dubbed Jam [from
			Snowboard Kids] . . .  ^^

	6.5  -	Q:	Your statistics and stuff are way high, what characters did you
			record your information from?  Did you cheat or use GameShark?
		A:	The information here was from the _VERY_FIRST_TIME_ I've played and
			finished Xenogears, so this recordings was not from me replaying
			Xenogears or anything.  My lastest event titled "First and Last"'s
			internal timing was 089:06:05.  But my external timing . . .  Well, I
			bought the game on November 13, 1998, but started to play it around
			December of 1998, and finished it around January of 1999 . . .  ^^  Heh
			heh . . .  That is why of the high levels and stuff.  And to the
			question if I cheat or use GameShark:  NO!  I never cheat or use any
			codes on a video game unless if I already finished with them or if I'm
			renting them.  I bought Xenogears, so it wasn't necessary for me to
			cheat since I will always have this game.  But if cheating was asked in
			the form that if I use FAQs and Strategy Guides . . .  Well, I do use
			them . . .  Heck, you're happening to be reading one for your
			information!  ^^  I only read FAQs and Guides to help me throughout the
			game, but I'm not binded to ALWAYS have a FAQ/Guide by my side.  I'm now
			happening to be replaying Xenogears without use of a FAQ/Guide.  Why am
			I replaying it?  Well, to get the Wedding Dress from Dan and see the
			cute scenerio between the kids in Aveh to name a few . . .

	6.6  -	Q:	What is this Strategy Guide good for?
		A:	This guide is only good for the _ENGLISH_ Xenogears.  If I were to make
			it for the Japanese Xenogears, I would've typed their real names instead
			[read FAQ 6.13 to know what I'm typing about].  Also, the item names
			might be different in the Japanese than it is to the English.

	6.7  -  Q:	Who did the voices in Xenogears?
		A:	Sorry, I cannot say who did the _English_ voices in Xenogears -- they
			didn't listed them in the credits . . .  ^^;  But I do know the Japanese
			voices!  [The Japanese voices can be heard somewhat in the Anime
			sequences and mainly in the character battles with the exception of
			Billy.  But in the Anime sequence with Elly possessed by Miang as she
			shot Fei, Billy's voice was in Japanese -- Yes, I know he only breathe
			or whatever -- It's his Japanese voice, I can tell these things.]
			Here are the Japanese voice actors [or Seiyuus] that you can hear in the
			English Xenogears are:  Fei's voice was done by Hikaru Midorikawa,
			Shitan was done by Tanaka Hideyuki, Bart was done by Seki Tomokazu,
			Billy was done by Yuuji Ueda, and Chu-Chu and Emeralda was done by
			Michiko Neya.  Not only did these Seiyuus made voices in Xenogears, but
			other Animes and video games as well . . .  Most of these voices can be
			heard in the video game:  Tales of Destiny, or the Anime:  Fushigi Yuugi!

	6.8  -	Q:	What do you interpret of Xenogears?
		A:	Xenogears is my number one favorite RPG PlayStation video games and
			it is most worthy of gaining RPG of the Year title!

	6.9  -	Q:	Who are your favorite and least favorite characters/Gears?
		A:	I'm gonna name three characters [and Gears] and separate them by gender
			[Gears will not be separated by gender] because there are too many
			people that you can like or dislike in this game!  ^^  [Okay, I'm not
			doing this to get flamed . . . these are my opinions on who is my
			favorite or least favorite.  If your views differ from mines, that is
			okay!  You have your opinions and I have mine, and we are most entitled
			to them!]  My favorite male characters in Xenogears are the Ex-Elements
			[Jessie, Hyuga/Citan, Sig, and Kahr], Maison, and Emperor Cain.  My
			least favorite male characters are Vanderkaum, Stone/Stein, and Big Joe.
			My favorite female characters are Kelvena/Kelvina, Seraphita, and
			Tolone.  My least favorite female characters are Elly, Dominia, and Yui.
			My favorite Gears are Fei's Weltall/Weltall-2/Xenogears, Citan's
			Heimdal/Fenrir, and Emeralda's Crescens.  My least favorite Gears are
			Elly's Vierge/Regrs, Billy's Renmazuo, and Rico's Steir.

	6.10 -	Q:	[THE MAJOR QUESTION!]  What does it mean that in the ending scene, it
			states:  "XENOGEARS Episode V THE END".  WHAT THE HELL THAT MEANS?!?
		A:	Okay, I was confused as well by that statement!  From hearing from
			various message boards -- Episode V of Xenogears could be interpreted
			as two things:  Fei's fifth "episode", or a humorous statement from
			Star Trek.  Fei's fifth "episode" was that Fei had five episodes [not
			in specific order]:  Lacan, Grahf, Kim, Abel, and Fei/Id/Coward.  So
			the statement means that you are finished with Fei's fifth episode of
			himself.  The humorous statement with Star Trek was that in the movie:
			Star Trek's Resurrection [am I right?] that in the ending, it also
			states "Episode V THE END".  And remember your battle with between
			Tolone and Seraphita, around when Sera was talking about "Gin N' Tonic
			Futons"?  Tolone did mention "Star Trech" which is a pun off Star Trek.
			So, what does that statement really mean . . .  Well, whatever fancies
			you the most.  I personally agree with Fei's "episodes" rather than the
			Star Trek pun.
			
	6.11 -	Q:	What is with this Guide's awkward style.
		A:	Yes, I know that this Guide goes over the limit and you must use Word
			Wrap to make it fit in it's default, but it's the only way for me to
			keep it looking organized as possible.  If you Word Wrap it, be prepared
			for the weirdest looking Guide in life!  Also, this Guide is best viewed
			under Notepad, not WordPad or EditPag!  So, please deal with it . . .
			I'm sorry!

	6.12 -	Q:	[ANOTHER MAJOR QUESTION!]  How will I know which orb is which?  Why
			can't I just go straight for Deus?  Is Urobolus THAT hard?
		A:	Now that's a good question!  It was bad that the orbs aren't labeled so
			you can prep yourself easier than it is to guess who is who . . .  Well,
			here is an orb-proof way to know which orb is which.  First, start at
			the blue Memory Cube and enter it, change your party to whomever you
			desire and go to the orb directly North of the cube emitting a gray
			light -- that enemy is Metatron.  Then the orb emitting a pink light to
			the West of Metatron is Sundel.  To the West of Harlute is an orb
			emitting a yellow light, Marlute.  The last orb emitting a blue light is
			Harlute.  I fought the orbs in this order:  Metatron, Harlute, Sundel,
			and Marlute.  AND NEVER GO STRAIGHT FOR DEUS!  The reason you should
			not go straight for Deus without defeating her supporting orbs is
			because she will be one hard bitch to kill!  [Excuse my language!  ^^; ]
			Deus will be prepped with the orb's powers and she will be very hard to
			defeat in my opinion.  If you destory one orb, she will lose at least
			one to two specials from that specific orb.  And I wouldn't be too
			worried about Urobolus, she is weak enough that Xenogears only had to
			refuel his HP at least once . . .

	6.13 -	Q:	[To those that know me VERY well]  Was it a pain for you to type those
			English names?
		A:	YES!  Ugh, I hate Square Soft's translations!  I have to admit that
			Xenogears happen to be one of Square's "better" translations, at least
			I'll give them credit for translating it . . .  To those that do not
			know what I am typing about "typing their English names".  Well, Square
			of Japan already got what their names should be.  For example, Fei Fong
			Wong is really Wong Feifong [in the video game] or Wong Fei Fong [in the
			trading cards and drawings].  I am mainly known by my friends that I put
			down their original names -- it pains me so much to write horribly
			translated names, but I'll manage!  ^^  I could go on typing their real
			names, but I won't since it will be about one page long!  ^^  And I do
			_not_ believe that Billy's real name is William . . .  Just because his
			father had a proper name doesn't mean that Billy is the same . . .  I
			mean, Square never listed his name as William Lee Black as they do with
			Rico as Ricardo.  Another thing is, THE BLACKS AREN'T NAMED AS LEE
			BLACKS!  It's _never_ Primera Lee Black or Jessie Lee Black!  Lee just
			happens to be Billy's middle name, dammit!  To Square of Japan, Jesee's
			middle name begins with the letter "B", but I do not know what that "B"
			stands for [I'm thinking "B" stands for "Butthead" because that is what
			I interpret Jesee as! ^^ ]
