Krelian's Plans
(to the tune of "Giant" by Stan Rogers)

A word of explanation:
This song was written following the announcement that a group of researchers had developed the world's first machine on a molecular level. The machine itself was a simple hinge composed of atoms. Not terribly impressive compared to the technology in Xenogears, but I suddenly realized that Krelian had to start somewhere...

I turned on the telly and to my surprise
I saw the fruition of what was surmised
I never suspected what was now realized

That Krelian's plans are now real

In a small research lab they made it all true
Science fiction ideas that came out of the blue
But there'll soon be machines inside me and you

When Krelian's plans become real

So run for the hills,
Hide under your bed
It'll do you no good to just cover your head
So run for the hills, for Krelian's plans...are now real

It's only a hinge, I assured myself then
But I knew that it tolled out the death knell for men
When That Man's machines obeyed his every yen

Then Krelian's plans would be real

When the nanomachines come to invade your veins
There'll be no time left to regret our great shame
No more time for pleading, no more time for games

All Krelian's plans are now real

So run for the hills,
Hide under your bed
It'll do you no good to just cover your head
So run for the hills, for Krelian's plans...are now real
