World War III occurred 22 years before, and biological agents were the major weapons. The search for a cure to the ailments these weapons caused continues, and Allure Valentine unexpectedly finds herself on the forefront of it when a train crash strands her among the diseased. Elements reminiscent of Shin Megami Tensei permeate the game, but instead of physical combat Allure engages her enemies in their minds.
