Those Lancers stink. Stealing or Breaking their weapons helps a lot. You should be able to take out the Monk with a single Flare or Holy, and the Summoner with a Titan, or use physical attacks. If someone dies, be sure to revive them quickly, because with the size of the battlefield, it can take a while to reach the enemies and they may crystallize before you know it.
