I choose the genes. Round, perfect shining orbs--I hold them and can feel their power running through me.

Something is happening. My body is changing. A sudden force grabs me and I shake violently, uncontrollably. My head is thrown back. I feel as if I am being torn apart from every direction--what is happening?! The pain is unbearable. I am forced to my knees. Am I too weak to use the genes? I cry out in agony.

The pain has stopped. Instead, there is a presence of ultimate power. I stand up. The heavy breathing I hear is my own. The blood of the Brood flows through my veins. This power--incredible!

A sense of the injustice of my enemies wells up deep within me and I let my wrath out.
