   Good news and bad.

The good news mentioned in the title there is that RPGamer has finally upgraded some e-mail type stuff, making my life much much much MUCH easier (read: I no longer have to manually delete 2000 spams a day). The bad news is, well, you'll see.

You might want to try poking around eBay for used FF10 merchandise, otherwise I'm fairly sure you're out of luck here.

where do chocobos come from in the land of final fantasy. is there a location?

Well, almost none of the FF games take place in the same setting as each other, so there is no "land of final fantasy." Nor can I recall any of the games providing any sort of explanation of why there's a bunch of cute mascot bird things for people to ride around on. It's just one of those things.

Sorry about the rather anemic column today. Should be more variety tomorrow. In the meantime, I'll be getting familiar with La Pucelle here, and drooling in anticipation of a Front Mission game where I get to use a dozen mechs at a time.
